A 60-year-old woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, celebrated at a wedding in Israel. They were apparently also Avocado, you probably thought it was Guacamole. This was not so. The green Paste was Wasabi. A serious confusion, which ended with a hospital stay and with a Broken-heart-syndrome. How could this happen?

To be clear: the Avocado is a fruit that is very mild in taste. Wasabi is a Japanese horseradish used as a spicy condiment used in Japanese cuisine and often served with Sushi is served. The 60-Year-old ate a teaspoon of the Japanese horse-radish. Only a few minutes later, she felt a pressure in his chest that radiated into the Arm. The pain continued for several hours.
