The authors of the book “Nordic slimming” have evaluated the results of the world’s largest diet study “DiOGenese” and an explanation of why the North eat, as good for our health and a healthy body weight. It’s all based on carbohydrates with a high glycemic Index (GI) (the statement for GI see at the bottom of the box) limit.
